Drake Howard Property is pleased to announce grant of a lease on Rugby House, Binley Business Park, to Sun Hydraulics Limited.

The modern office building has 4,300 sq. ft. (400 sq. m.) of floorspace laid out over two floors and stands on its own secure plot, circled by Paladin fencing and a heavy bi-fold automatic steel gate.

Sun Hydraulics has moved the short distance from Wheler Road, Seven Stars Industrial Estate to maintain a design and customer function in Coventry. The Company is part of the Helios Technologies Group and has a global coverage with operations in the US, Germany, France, Korea, and China. They are a leading producer of hydraulic cartridge, valves, and electronic controls instrumentation.

The ground floor at Rugby House is to be stripped out and converted for design and hi-tech production.

The first floor will continue to be used for executive and administrative office, with kitchen break-out.
