Acting on behalf of Coventry City Council, Drake Howard Property has acquired a two-storey office building on the prestigious Binley Business Park.

Oak House extends to 9,165 sq. ft. (852 sq. m.) and is blessed with more than 50 car parking spaces.

Originally constructed as a medical centre with quality finishes and sub-division of consulting and meeting rooms still in place, the most recent occupier was an insurance company.

The acquisition merges long leasehold and freehold interests and the asset is to be refurbished, retaining the original high specification features, increasing open plan office space, and replacing energy inefficient fixtures.

The intention is to create Grade A office space with a high parking ratio, to offer to the market at a competitive rent of £16.50 per sq. ft.
