Acting on behalf of an in-house property company client, Drake Howard Property has acquired a modern freehold warehouse building in Clarendon Street, Earlsdon, Coventry. The site and building had remained empty for some time, hidden behind tall Leylandii conifers and in a tired, unloved condition.

Refurbishment works commenced shortly after contracts were signed to a value of close to £65,000 and after gaining conservation area consent, the conifers were taken out.

Now the 5,540 sq. ft. warehouse is in superb condition and visible to all passing vehicles on the street, with new security fencing, gated entrance and resurfaced side loading yard.

Improvement and remodelling works were project managed by Drake Howard and the property is on the market for lease.
