Martyn Howard
MRICS
A Chartered Surveyor with in excess of 30 years experience working in London, Leamington Spa and Coventy
He set up Drake Howard Property in December 2013 and is driving expansion of the business through client property acquisitions, commercial property agency, development, management and Landlord and Tenant work.
Marie Farrell
MRICS
Born and raised in Coventry, Marie joined Drake Howard Property in 2016 as a Senior Surveyor to assist in the development of the company .
She is a Senior Commercial Property Manager experienced in negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and marketing vacant property.
Fiona Beattie
Fiona is a Coventry girl who
joined Drake Howard Property in January 2018 as Office Manager and Accounts Administrator.
She has gained much experience in accounts and book keeping roles with firms in the City and has become a valued member of the Team.
William Howard
William Drake Howard is Martyn’s youngest son and has been working part time in the Company in advance of commencing a degree in modern music sound production.
Now his further education is underway he will be assisting in IT and marketing roles as time permits.
