Kineton Continues To Attract Business Occuipers

Brook Business Park in Kineton is a great example of a village location which can compete with the best that Coventry & Warwickshire conurbation estates can offer. It has the obvious advantages of course, of proximity to Junction 12 of the M40 and Jaguar Land Rover. Equally though, the quality of the buildings and environment is winning over many visitors.
The development is a mix of a remodelled, late 1950’s print works and four high specification warehouse/workshop units constructed 10 years ago. Located on Brookhampton Lane the site forms part of the Kineton Industrial Estate and overlooks a riding school and farmland to the setting sun in the West.

There is no congestion to slow vehicle movements to and from the M40 and Fosse Way and comparatively low business rating assessments add to the business case.
Christy Hydraulics Limited signed a new lease in August on 3,900 sq. ft. warehouse and office premises at No.7, relocating from Central City Industrial Estate, Coventry. The letting followed closely on the heels of TonyG limited leasing a 3,680 sq. ft. two-storey workshop and office at No.1. Moving just down the road from Gaydon.
Both deals were secured by Drake Howard Property Ltd on behalf of the estate owners on premises previously occupied by Semcon Product Information Limited. A supplier to JLR, which hit the regional headlines earlier this year, in relocating to bespoke new premises at Tournament Fields in Warwick.
Clearly, the Kineton location did Semcon very well indeed and No. 8 is the last available unit of the 3 which were the Company’s original, regional home.
Brook Business Park is a superbly fitted unit of 4,855 sq. ft. and is in pristine condition, ready for immediate occupation. The specification includes 5.5m eaves, 960 sq. ft. air conditioned offices, heating throughout, electric loading door and 8 parking spaces off the loading forecourt.
