Marie Farrell, Drake Howard Property, has had a magical year of office disposal successes.

Out of the bag after summer lettings to Sun Hydraulics at Rugby House (4,300 sq. ft.) and Comex 2000 at Brandon Court (3,585 sq. ft.), came autumn conjuring, with CityFibre Limited (4,020 sq. ft.) and Blue Sky Interactive Ltd (2,210 sq. ft.).

City Fibre Limited has taken a 5-year lease on premises at E3 Brandon Court. Returning the Binley office estate, managed by Drake Howard Property, to full occupation. CityFibre is a London based British Telecommunications company and has secured the office as an administrative facility for its fibre to building infrastructure business across Coventry and Warwickshire. The new tenant has just completed its fit-out of the premises.

Blue Sky Interactive also signed a 5-year lease on a vacant office suite at Oak House, Binley Office Park. An office investment recently acquired for Coventry City Council and now under the managing agent banner of Drake Howard Property. Blue Sky Interactive is a class leading developer of sales and digital marketing websites tailored to the automotive industry.

Marie then cast her spell at 1160 Elliott Court (1,450 sq. ft.) for a private management client. The first floor let on a new 5 years lease to a franchise of Fire & Earth Sports Massage.

With a sprinkling of winter enchantment predicted before Christmas, with grant of leases at 2 Albion Court, Nuneaton (1,420 sq. ft.) on behalf of a property company client and Pegasus House, Wheler Road (3,055 sq. ft.), for Coventry City Council.
