Six months later in January 2022, major sub-division building and utilities work to the block were complete and new tenants had signed Lease Agreements securing a rental income of £177,000 per annum.

After an extensive search of the Coventry area, focused on the City centre, the motorcycle insurance specialists were secured by the Drake Howard Property for Unit D1, extending to 8,415 sq. ft.
