Position – Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)/Agency Professional.
Drake Howard Property Limited is looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Surveyor, or Agency Professional, to service increased commercial property instructions and promote expansion of the business.
The Company was established December 2013 and is strategically based on the east side of Coventry.
Commercial property agency, investment, management, and Landlord & Tenant instructions cover Coventry, Warwickshire, and the south Midland’s region.
A minimum three years’ post qualification, or commercial property agency experience is required.
This is a permanent, long-term position with potential for equity in the business.
Package: Salary £45,000 per annum, plus benefits. Higher salary commensurate with experience and potential income generation.
