The Company, based in Aston, Birmingham, was recently awarded a contract with City Fibre to roll out broadband across the City and needed premises in the City to service the contract.
Drake Howard Property had just placed the perfect workshop and yard on the market in Progress Way, following exercise of a break clause by the former tenant, Envisage Group Limited.

- Tender of dilapidation works and instruction of selected contractor on behalf of Envisage Group.
- Arrangement of a license for early occupation of the yard to store fibre cables, plastic conduit, plant & machinery, on behalf of the prospective tenant.
- Instruction of solicitor to prepare lease and surrender deeds.
- Project management of works on a strict timetable, to include early storage occupation of part of the workshop and completion of legal documents, all within 6 weeks, to delight the owner, outgoing and incoming tenant!!
It takes experience and expertise to handle all aspects of building work, legal tenure of temporary and permanent occupation and contractual lease obligations.
